President's Message
PAPPA Members,
Thank you for supporting PAPPA during our 50th Anniversary year! Your support and attendance at our events and shows make the association stronger. I hope that you had the opportunity to attend the shows, pre-event parties, virtual Coffee Talks and webinars and that you found them to be valuable experiences.
In 2023 we will be providing four shows, in person breakfast meetings, social events and factory tours, along with virtual offerings. See below for information regarding our new show location for the Winter Showcase on February 1 at Drexelbrook.
Your support and membership are the key to PAPPA’s success. If you haven’t renewed your membership yet, please make every effort to renew by December 31, 2022, as the PAPPA dues will increase to $155 starting January 1, 2023.

If you are a PPAI Member - Sign up by today, December 5, 2022 and attend the show for free. After December 5, the cost is $49 per person
Not a PPAI Member? PPAI Associates (no membership fee) and non-members will have a fee to attend the show regardless of the date they sign up. For this group, the fee will increase on December 5, 2022.
PPAI Associates (no membership fee) and qualified distributors that are not members of PPAI will be charged:
- $99/person between registration open and December 5, 2022
- $149/person starting December 5, 2022, through show close on January 12, 2023
PPAI Members (paid membership fee) will be charged starting December 5, 2022:
- $0/person between registration open and December 5, 2022
- $49/person starting December 5, 2022, through show close on January 12, 2023
PAPPA DISTRIBUTOR MEMBERS that are not paid members of PPAI:
- For regional distributor members that are paid members of PPAI: They will receive PPAI member pricing
- For regional distributor members that are not paid members of PPAI: You will receive a 50% discount off the PPAI Associate/non-member pricing. This is a $50-$75 value depending on when you sign up for The PPAI Expo.
How will PAPPA distributor members receive this discount?
- When registering for the show, there is a section where it asks if you are a member of a Regional Association.

PAPPA members will need to select that they are a member of PAPPA. Next, you will be prompted to enter a Discount Code – PAPPA2023.

PPAI will be requesting the PAPPA membership list to verify membership.

Second Annual Power of District “1” Winter Show Week
Promos in Paradise
The Second Annual Power of District “1” Shows will be a Promos in Paradise experience that you won’t want to miss January 30 to February 2, 2023.
WHY ATTEND? It’s cold outside and who doesn’t want a tropical escape? Wear your most festive vacay attire and come check out all the latest promos and snag some cool swag!
Promos in Paradise kicks off the week on January 30 with the New England Promotional Products Association (NEPPA), followed by the Specialty Advertising Association of Greater New York (SAAGNY), then the Philadelphia Area Promotional Products Association (PAPPA) and wraps up with the Chesapeake Promotional Products Association (CPPA).
