WHS PAL Tutoring Begins - September 29th
Dear parents,

During the past 18 months, staff and students have done a tremendous job of keeping Westfield High’s PAL Tutoring program running. After a year and a half of virtual PAL sessions, we are ready to resume in-person PAL. The Police Athletic League Tutoring program is funded through a grant and offers students from WHS and our two middle schools the chance to access free weekly tutoring from National Honor Society volunteers, while also enjoying some free pizza and some connections with peers. It’s a chance to gain support with studying, projects, essays, presentations, or SAT/ACT prep, and also a place to focus for a couple of hours and get some work done.

We will begin PAL Tutoring on Wednesday, September 29, and each week’s session will run from 3:30-5:30 in the Student Center, with staff supervision present each week.Students are welcome to attend any and all sessions. Our middle-school students should get here before 4 p.m. and buzz in at the main entrance. If you have any questions, please reach out to Warren Hynes, WHS assistant principal, at whynes@westfieldnjk12.org. Thanks very much.
WHS Girls Varsity/JV Ice Hockey 2021-22 Season
