2022 CHW Organization of the Year Nomination

The DFW-CHW Association wants to recognize and honor the support, dedication, and excellence of organizations that recognize the value of Community Health Workers (CHWs). We encourage you to nominate any organization that has demonstrated their support for the CHW workforce throughout the last year. Self-nominations will also be accepted.
