Side 1: What's New

Reports

Edit All feature on the Questions Answers Report.
The formatting of the year on the Export of Membership Numbers is fixed.
The Invoice column on the View All Invoices Report is centered, like the other report columns.
The Activity Start/End Date Seat Count report now only has one roster icon.
Added a Q mark and text change to clarify the total item box on the Negative Balance Invoices Summary Report.

Accounts

Public side: Added the Coach/Instructor Schedule link to the mobile view Account Calendar.
Public Side: When viewing the Coach/Instructor Schedule page of an Account Calendar on the public side, we added the word 'Account' to the View Calendar link.
Public Side: It now shows the account credit balance and any additions to the balance as positive numbers, while showing payments as negative numbers.
Users can choose from 'All', 'Male', 'Female', or 'Custom Gender' when creating or editing an Account question.

Activities

Fix issued when cloning a standard activity while advancing dates.
Fix for Fee Display After Choosing a Pricing Option on advanced activity registration.
Fix for showing the questions and answers from dynamic forms icon on a program.
An inactive or out of date promo type activity can't be selected and asked for on checkout. Also, in the Edit Basic Info and activity view, *inactive was added to any inactive promo activities.

Facilities

A limit has been set on facility or facility area exclusion dates, as to not overload the system.

Email & Text Blasts

Ability to email a group of Instructors.
Ability to email those households with account credits.
Ability to email those with a Balance Due by Account now has a third option to choose more than one, but not all, accounts.
Ability to text blast by Advanced Activity that includes a date range for the user to choose dates, between which the recipients will be registered for the advanced activity.

Memberships

As always, you can order your Membership Cards here - anytime!

Misc

Add Department ID to Contact Info Pop Up.
Add a Q mark to explain that the Publish Date is used, after order #, to determine the order in which news stories show on the public side.
The created/modified dates throughout the system have Eastern Time text to clarify.
Reduced the number of steps to email and update a temporary password for a management user to send a customer.
The interior page of the dashboard Products page is correctly titled.
Added the View System Updates link under the Misc. tab on the management homepage.

Standard activities, advanced activities, and memberships now list payment plans as a registration payment option with the ability to seamlessly make additional payments and the potential to require deposits.
