Important Update: Updated Documents for the ReCoverCA Homebuyer Assistance Program

We have made updates to the following documents for the ReCoverCA Homebuyer Assistance (DR-HBA) Program. Effective immediately, lenders are required to use these updated documents for all program transactions:

• DR-HBA001 - Pre-Qualification Checklist 
• DR-HBA002 - Program Application and Affidavit (2018 2020)
• DR-HBA002 - Program Application and Affidavit (2017) 
• DR-HBA003 - Addendum to Loan Application (2018 2020)
• DR-HBA003 - Addendum to Loan Application (2017)
• DR-HBA004 - Initial Compliance Checklist 
• DR-HBA011 - Underwriting Compliance Checklist 
• DR-HBA012 - Checklist Final Compliance 
• DR-HBA014 - Checklist Post Funding 

The Program Term Sheets have also been updated:

• DR-HBA GOVT Loans Term Sheet (2018 2020)
• DR-HBA CONV Loans Term Sheet (2018 2020) 
• DR-HBA GOVT Loans Term Sheet (2017) 
• DR-HBA CONV Loans Term Sheet (2017)
