Bell Tower Repair: We have a contractor! The vestry has approved the acceptance of the bid we received from Sure Foundation Company, LLC, to repair the stone work and replace the windows in the bell tower. The bid was significantly higher than first anticipated; the granting agency has indicated they will cover the cost up to two thirds of the total costs of the project. At this point we are awaiting the official grant declaration before signing the contract with Sure Foundation. The vestry approved use of endowment funds to cover our match (one third of the cost).
