Slip and Storage Reservation Contracts
(Information for you!)
Thank you for being part of another great season at Pikes Bay Marina. We are already looking forward to the next!
We're beginning the process of issuing 2024 Reservation Contracts. You should receive them no later than December 1st, 2023.
If you prefer to receive a paper copy via USPS to sign and return, please notify Charlie.
Singed Contracts need to be completed/returned no later than December 31st, 2023 to hold your space.
Reservation Contract Installments will be broken down into 12 monthly installments for Full Time Members and 6 monthly Installments for slip or storage only members.
Installments are due no later than the last day of each month. You can pay however you please as long as the monthly minimum is met.
Payments for Reservations can be made in any of the following ways:
1.) Check/Cash. Please do not mail cash.
2.) Credit Card - 3% processing fee will apply.
3.) Sign up for ACH Payments - Autopay available.
