Oakland Mills High School
Congratulations to OMHS Football on its 42-41 overtime defeat of Walkersville last Friday in the second round of the 2A State Playoffs. It is the first playoff victory for the program since 2001. Go Scorps!
Congratulations to OMHS Cross-country Runner Ethan Aidam for his winning race time at the MD 2A State Championship!

Daily Health Check Reminder
Parents/guardians MUST perform a COVID-19 health check every day before your student leaves home. A student or staff member should NOT come to school with any of these symptoms:
  • fever of 100.4 degrees or higher
  • sore throat
  • cough
  • difficulty breathing
  • diarrhea or vomiting
  • new onset of severe headache (especially with fever), or
  • new loss of taste or smell

Oakland Mills United (OMU) is a community group started by recent OMHS graduates that advocates for the OM community and its schools and offers tutoring and college help. OMCA is a proud partner with OMU.

On November 22nd, the Oakland Mills Interfaith Center will distribute Thanksgiving Baskets to families in Oakland Mills. Due to limited supplies, families are asked to register as soon as possible to secure their basket. To register please text 1122 to 443-234-0801 and follow the prompts.
