Semester Final Assessments will take place the last school days in December. Students are expected to report to all classes for final exams. Any planned absences during finals must be scheduled in advance with Mr. Geilenfeld. Click HERE for more detailed information regarding the schedule in December.

State Championship football apparel is available to purchase. The online store will remain open until the end of the day December 4th, to ensure delivery by Christmas. There will be no late orders accepted. Orders will be available for pick up at Xavier High School after December 19th.

Xavier will be having their Annual Battle of 42nd Street Blood Drive: Xavier vs. Kennedy Monday, December 12 and Tuesday, December 13 from 1:30-6:00 pm at the Oakland Church of the Nazarene (3000 42nd St NE). Appointments are required, use links above. Staff will be available to help before school, after school, and during Xcel in the Student Services office. Please check your student’s Semester 2 schedules via PowerSchool (under My Schedule>Matrix View>S2) or in your student's PowerSchool app, and ask for recommendations from current teachers regarding any level changes at semester. Some classes may be full, so it is important to have your student address this early with their school counselors who will do their best to accommodate requests.

First semester non-public transportation reimbursement forms for the area school districts are due on December 1st. Join us for “Christmas with Xavier,” featuring the musical talents of Xavier High School’s vocal music and band students! The concert will take place on Sunday, December 11, 2022 from 5-7pm in Xavier’s Ron Thillen Gymnasium. Admission is free. A monetary free-will offering or non-perishable item to donate to the Metro Catholic Outreach food pantry will be accepted as admission.
