Helping Those In Need

Join us this holiday season to help Waypoint collect new and unused toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, and lotion. Members and non-members may donate these items by placing them in the bins in our lobby between now and the end of December. If you have any questions, please contact the credit union. Christmas Club Accounts

If you don't have a Christmas Club Account, now is a perfect time to open one! If you save $50 for the next 12 months, you will have $600 saved for your 2023 holiday expenses. Please contact the credit union to open a Christmas Club Savings Account today!

Holiday Transaction Tips

Here are a few tips that will help you as you travel or make purchases this holiday season:

  • Be sure to notify the credit union of your holiday travel plans so that your out-of-state transactions are not declined. We need the dates and details of where you will be traveling.
  • If you have any trouble with your QOCU Debit Card during the holiday travel or shopping season, please call 1-866-508-2693.
  • You may receive a call from Shazam regarding purchases if they don't match your normal spending habits. Shazam will NEVER ask you for sensitive information but rather verify recent transactions.
  • Be sure to check your card limits! $500 spending limit per day if funds are available. $300 PIN transaction limit per day if funds are available.
