Principal Message: It is amazing how fast this fall has flown by and how much we have learned from each other. Thank you so much! It is important to take time to celebrate our amazing Bobcat students for their hard work. Each quarter we celebrate students through our Academic Excellence Program and our Bobcat Pride Program. Our Academic Excellence celebrates students, who receive all A’s with no more than one B, and no “unsatisfactory” marks in the non-academic categories of citizenship, homework or work habits, will receive this recognition. Our Bobcat Pride celebrates students who demonstrate our respectful, responsible, and safe expectations and/or our Bobcat Pride Values which are Positive/Positivo(a), Reflective/Reflexivo(a), Inclusive/Inclusivo(a), Determined/Determinado(a) and Empathetic/Empático(a).
This week many students received their first quarter certificates and a little token thanks to our awesome PTA. We are so proud of our Bobcats! For more on our recognition programs check out our Student Planner page 14.
I hope you find many reasons to celebrate during this Winter Break. I also hope you take time for yourself to relax and enjoy time with your family and friends.
Health and Safety: The San Mateo-Foster City School District, San Mateo County Office of Ed and San Mateo Department of Health have partnered to provide a series of vaccination events coming in January located at College Park Elementary! Families can register via MyTurn with this link provided, or the QR code located on this flyer.
We are excited for another opportunity to provide COVID vaccines to our community!
