Policy 7029 Changes:
Policy 7029 that stats that approved organizations are "Affiliated" vs "Associated has been updated. This update allows for organizations that were labeled "Associated" to now receive funds from Student Government Association Finance and Funding. It also changes the name of "Associated" groups to now be called "Sponsored" groups. We are in the process of making sure these updates happen across the board for our student organizations and are so excited about the access that all of our student organizations will have to funds for their groups!

Leadership Resource:
MYLYNX ROSTER/POSITION ACCESS UPDATE:

All Presidents, Treasurers, Secretaries, and Advisors should now have full access to the "Manage Organization" Features. We were able to make these changes site wide. You can still create new positions or access based on your organizations needs.

This is required for your President, Vice President and Treasurer. See instructions in form for further information.

You do not have to attend the same date as your other officers. If your 3 required officers cannot attend another officer/member can go in their place. If you are attending for multiple orgs you can note that in the attendance sheet when you arrive to your date.

Training Course is LIVE! DUE September 29th
The Student Organization Officer Training is LIVE! This is mandatory for officers (President, Vice President, Treasurer) to complete for the required training. Organizations that do not complete this will be deactivated and unable to table and/or host events.

If your organizations President, VP or Treasurer have not added to the Canvas course AND your organization is already approved for this year please email juju.spray@ucdenver.edu to request access to the course.
Please include in your email what organization you are apart of and what position you are in.

Presidents of organizations are required to attend a meeting with a professional staff member of the Student Life Team. These are meetings that allow Presidents to update on the status of their organization and gain helpful tips and insight for a successful year. MUST BE COMPLETED BY SEPTEMBER 29TH!
