Josh Pelé
Teacher, Florida Pitt Waller
Students First
“Josh is an educator who recognizes that his purpose is to support and nurture his students' growth -- both academically and personally. He selflessly dedicates his time and energy to ensuring the well-being and success of all students, going above and beyond what is expected. Josh leads with kindness by creating a warm and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued, respected and safe. With humility, Josh acknowledges that he is not the sole source of knowledge and wisdom as he models and spotlights his moments of growth and curiosity for students. He constantly seeks to learn from students, colleagues and through professional development. By embodying these traits, Josh leads by example and inspires students (and peers) to embody selflessness, kindness and humility in their own lives.”
-- Beau Augustin, Arts and PE (STEAM)
