We’ve enjoyed a week of above-normal temperatures, giving us what may be our final taste of summery weather this year. Next week should feel much more fall-like, and I hope everyone finds some time to enjoy the cooler temperatures and spectacular foliage. We are very lucky to live in such a beautiful place, particularly at this time of year.
I would like to thank those who signed up to participate in our Strategic Planning process. We look forward to working together over the next number of months to create a vision for the district’s future. For those who did not sign up, please note there will be other opportunities to take part in this important work as we begin to move forward; we will be reporting on our progress in the coming weeks.
Please remember that if your child tests positive for COVID-19, you should immediately send the lab report to your child’s school. The district can’t report contact tracing to the Westchester County Department of Health without the actual lab report.
It has been great seeing all of our Sailor teams back in action this fall. Please note that registration for high school winter sports begins next week. Keep an eye out for an email from Athletic Director Tom Baker regarding sign up.
