RELAY Portal Service Logs

Several providers need to catch up on logging eligible services. Service logs can be added for the current school year as long as there are service details saved separately from the portal. Thank you to providers that are up to date!!

If you need to add a student to the Service Portal, please fill out a Student Information Form and send it to Lisa using our secure ShareFile link

Service Portal Password

Do you have a secure password? Change your password by selecting My Account in the upper corner of the Service Portal next to your name. If you are not typing your password every time you log into the system please change your password, and do not save it on your device.
