on a Women Build house.

Habitat McLean County is honoring fallen Army Sgt Anthony R. Maddox with the 2nd Heroes of Habitat house. We define a hero as a person or persons whose actions embody the qualities of selflessness, courage, humility, and service to others. Habitat Heroes must have made a significant impact on our affiliate, the county, or both.

Chairs 4 Change is only 2 months away and we couldn't be more excited. We're thrilled so many of you are supporting both Recycling Furniture for Families and Habitat McLean County by painting a chair. But it's those chairs we're really excited about. Amazing, beautiful, funny, clever: this year's works of art are even more incredible than last year's - and they were spectacular.

We'll have at least 100 works for you to bid on that include some home décor items like lamps, small cabinets, and end tables in addition to chairs.

Tickets go on sale Friday, May 6th.
