Mindfulness

With Amanda Bryan

Join us for some gentle movement and meditation with Amanda Bryan as we head into the holiday season.


This program will include 30 minutes of yoga, 30 minutes of meditation, and a 30-minute Q&A. Please bring water, a towel or yoga mat, and a journal for this event.

Marc Berger in Concert

Musician Marc Berger will host a live performance of his album "Ride." Touted as a "mix of deep country folk songs with touches of bluegrass, roots, Americana, a little spicy Cajun, and even a little indie," Marc's music is sure to appeal to fans of all ages!

Resident Fast Facts


Next Saturday, November 19th, from 10:00am to 12:00pm, the parents and teachers of Thorton's Ferry Elementary School (TFS) will host their 40th Annual Holiday Craft Fair. This event features games, the Santa Store, a silent auction, raffles, a bake sale, more than eighty crafters, photos with Santa, and more!


Next Saturday, November 19th, from 10:00am to 11:30am, Merrimack Parks & Recreation will host their 6th Annual Turkey Scavenger Hunt. Turkey-shaped cutouts will be hiding throughout Merrimack, giving participants the opportunity to compete for one of three chances to win a free 17-pound turkey for Thanksgiving! This registration-only event costs $10 per family. Participants will meet at 10:00am at Wasserman Park behind the Parks & Rec Office.
