The St. Luke Fellowship Team, together with the Call Committee members, are pleased to invite you to an outdoor gathering following Pastor Heidi's Installation on Sunday, September 19, 2021.
The reception will be held in the parking lot under small canopy tents and will feature heavy appetizers/finger foods, desserts and beverages.
To complement the food and beverage items provided by the teams, we are looking for 12 to 15 people to contribute a heavy appetizer/finger food such meatballs, mini quiches, pinwheels, vegetable/fruit skewers, bruschetta/crostini, shrimp cocktail, etc. Appetizers should serve 10 to 12 people and be easily served using tongs or other utensils.
The team is also in need of extra hands to assist with set-up, food service during the reception, and clean-up in addition to 12 pop-up canopy tents.
Please clearly label any items dropped off prior to the event with "For Installation Reception."
