It's not easy to get away from an abusive relationship, nor is it easy to help someone else leave an unhealthy situation. But it also doesn't have to be as hard as it is—that's why there's a new tool that can support people through safety planning:


A safety plan is a harm-reduction and harm-prevention tool, and it can provide a set of actions to help lower one's risk of being hurt or being engaged in harm. It includes information that's specific to a person's day-to-day life, networks, and available options.


Even if you don't utilize this interactive safety plan now, it may provide some helpful tips and be useful in the future...
