Women are only 9.2%* of board members in Germany, an alarmingly low statistic. In this exclusive lunch series, you will hear from leading women executives who made it to the top and gain insights for your own career progression.

Learn from women who rose to senior roles as they share their strategies for career advancement. Their experiences will guide and inspire you, regardless of the current stage of your career.

As Siemens Energy AG’s CFO and Chief Inclusion & Diversity Officer (CIDO), Maria Ferraro’s responsibilities are not only the group’s financials. Ferraro has also given Siemens Energy a target for a female quota on first and second management level: 25% by 2025 and 30% by 2030. For Maria Ferraro and Siemens Energy inclusion and diversity are core values for the company’s success.

Consider how you might apply the lessons Ferraro learned to manage her career in this interactive session. Following the conversation, Ferraro will answer questions. Attendees are encouraged to turn on their cameras for the Q&A to enable an interactive session. This session will be conducted in English - questions asked in German will be translated.

This is the third in a series of conversations with prominent women from various backgrounds, who will describe lessons learned and tips for career advancement and potentially gaining that desirable management board seat.

Please email your questions to germany@100women.org by Monday, January 17th, 2022 or you may submit them during the session.

You are encouraged to invite women and men in the financial services industry to attend, learn more about 100WF and become members of the organization. Join 100WF here or contact germany@100women.org for more information.
