This is the official "Last Call" to participate in this year’s Catawba County Wages and Benefits Survey.

80+ companies, representing nearly 15,000 local employees have already participated and completed this year's edition. They will be the fortunate ones to have the latest insight on the talent landscape here in Catawba County when we release a summary report in late June.

We have recently extended the deadline for completion to May 25th, giving potential participants additional time.

We sincerely hope your company takes advantage of this unique opportunity to gain real-time insight to the benefit of your talent retention/recruitment efforts.

HKY4Vets, an effort to assist transitioning military/military spouse talent connect with Catawba County companies, has held a series of virtual hiring events over the last 9 months specifically geared towards the military talent pool. We broadened that base further in March, with a virtual hiring event focused on the Class of 2022 and continuing students looking for summer intern opportunities.

With our remaining virtual booth credits (15, five of which have already been taken), HKY4Vets and a host of partners are organizing this event for ANY INTERESTED JOBSEEKERS AND NOT JUST MILITARY (OR STUDENTS). We are hopeful this will engage a slightly larger audience than our past events have seen.
