Masking Update The school district plans to follow through on its commitment to update all families on any changes to masking protocols by the end of the day tomorrow, April 15. As of this writing, I do not know what decision will be made with regard to any changes to our current masking protocol or an associated timeline for change. I do know that when a decision is made to go to mask optional, that there will be lead time (i.e., days or weeks) to give us as a school and for you as parents to prepare students for this change.

School Start and End Times for Next Year For those of you already planning your September, please know that the district has informed us that there will be no changes to our current school start and end times at Hamilton Middle. In anticipation of possible continued bus driver shortages, the district wants to continue to have school start times across the district staggered such that individual buses can run three routes in both the AM and PM. Scheduled start and end times for the 2022-2023 school year are: Monday: 8:55am*-2:40pm Tuesday-Friday: 8:55am*-4:17pm *Students are not marked tardy until 9:15am when instruction begins in their first class.
