Pastor Succession Process
The pastoral succession plan is a process the church is using to help prepare for Pastor Mark's retirement in a flexible 15-18 months, and is designed to help lead to the calling of a new pastor at Church of the Big Wood.

A key part of this process is getting input from all of you. In order to do this, a short four-question survey has been prepared, and we are asking that everyone take a few minutes and answer these questions. The best way to do this is online by clicking on the Congregational Survey link. If doing the survey online is something you find difficult, please contact the church office and we can get you a printed copy of the survey to fill out and return.
