Data Reporting:
As a reminder, please do not alter the Data Reporting template that is listed on the HDC website when you are submitting your data into the Inzata portal. Files may have tabs with no information entered, but all 10 tabs must be in the version submitted to the portal. Inzata's systems will reject any files that have been altered or had tabs removed.
Licensed Health Care Professionals and HDC:
The Hospital Discounted Care and Licensed Health Care Professionals FAQ has been updated to include data reporting responsibilities for professionals. It is on the HDC website under the Operations Manual blue bar.
Uniform Application:
HCPF will be discussing updates to the Uniform Application and the CICP/HDC cards at the CICP Advisory Council meeting on Oct. 30, 2023, from 1 to 3 p.m. We encourage all hospitals to attend even if your facility is not a CICP provider as these changes would impact all HDC hospitals, and it will help increase the knowledge of how the CICP and HDC portions of the application and card interact. If you have suggestions for updates to the application to be discussed, please send them via email to hcpf_CICPCorrespondence@state.co.us.
Office Hours:
There will be no office hours held on Sept. 6, 2023, due to the holiday. Office hours will resume the following week as scheduled.
