2022 Racine County Commercial Real Estate Showcase at the SC Johnson iMet Center
From multi-family housing to business parks, Racine County has been experiencing a surge in real estate development. Over 70 professionals from across the Midwest gathered to network with like-minded individuals, learn about development updates in the Chicago-Milwaukee corridor, and discover opportunities for future investment in Racine County.

Companies are investing heavily in Racine County. Centro Sperimentale del Latte S.r.l. (CSL) recently celebrated the opening of a new manufacturing facility in the Village of Caledonia. Likewise Partners purchased a site in the DeBack Farms Business Park to construct a 188,000 SF spec building. Zilber Property Group's newly created Caledonia Corporate Park will soon be home to five industrial buildings.

Emily Allen, owner of Beauty and Brow Artistry in Union Grove, a boutique beauty service provider, utilized the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program for expenses such as rent, marketing and continuing education.

The purpose of the CDBG program is to provide economic relief for small businesses with five or fewer employees, that have experienced a negative impact on their business from the pandemic. Follow the link to learn more about the program and to see if you qualify.

The growing thirst for craft beer by local residents and visitors sparked the development of new breweries throughout Racine County over the last few years as well as a beer garden that’s grown exponentially. These new flavors are making Racine County a prime destination for Midwest hopheads.
