100% of the money raised through the tournament will be used to fund future scholarships. QCARE

ARAWC would like to let our membership in on a big update: QCARE now covers over 400,000 Texas workers!

Read the full press release here, to see more about what QCARE means, and what it brings to both employers and employees.

Thank you to all the QCARE-designated companies for your efforts to help bring a responsible alternative to workers' compensation to Texas employers!
ARAWC Government Relations Update - Congressional Legislation to End Mandatory Arbitration

In the first week of November, the Senate Judiciary Committee approved a more narrowly focused bill than the very broad elimination of mandatory arbitration which we have seen in the past. S.2342 eliminates mandatory arbitration agreements in workplace sexual harassment and sexual assault cases.
