21 Chamber Members become Certified in CPR, First Aid, & AED

Twenty one members are now officially certified in adult first aid, CPR, and AED thanks to last week's special member offering! Members were able to take advantage of getting certified and now can be prepared for whatever situation life puts them in. Thanks to The Pulse Partner, a trusted American Red Cross partner, this blended course was held partially online and then with a hand on portion at our gracious host site, North Central Ohio ESC.

At the Chamber, we believe in helping our members succeed in all aspects of their lives and doing good for the world around us. Thank you to all who attended!

We are so excited to announce that we have reached 500 members, with number 500 being Kellie Hartsel with Magical Moments Vacations! This milestone is a new record high in the organization's history for membership and we could not be more excited about the growth we have seen.

Kellie Hartsel has been a long-time Chamber Ambassador and now as she starts her own business venture, we are so thrilled to welcome her as official member number 500!

Welcome to new member, Nick Consolo with Null Incident!

Located in Tiffin, Ohio, Null Incident is a Northwest, Ohio based company that provides affordable and practical IT, Cloud, and security services to businesses and municipalities. Happy Feature Friday, where every Friday the Chamber team will highlight one of our fantastic members by repping them for the day and telling the community more about them. This week's Feature Friday is: The UrbanWoody Brewery & The HoneyBee Winery!

The UrbanWoody Brewery & The HoneyBee Winery is a family and veteran owned and operated nano brewery and winery located in Fostoria, Ohio.

Mike and Tiffani Aurand, along with Tiffani's son Aiden, are the proud founders and owners and started the business venture by beginning work on their historical building in 2018 and officially opened their doors in May of 2019. Mike first got into brewing approximately 25 years ago with an at-home brewing kit. After many rounds of trial and error to get something that tasted good, Mike developed a real passion for the brewing process. Mike was serving as active-duty military and at the time he got stationed in Minnesota. During his time there he made the decision to follow his passion and attend brewery school. While learning the craft of brewing he also completed multiple internships with local breweries in that area. Once Mike returned to Fostoria, he and his wife Tiffani were ready to take the leap and put into practice all that Mike had learned and opened what is now The UrbanWoody Brewery. Learn more here.

An informational electric vehicle event will be held at Reineke’s Tiffin Ford Lincoln in Tiffin on March 9th, 2023. This event, hosted in cooperation with The Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce, aims to educate, demonstrate, and answer any questions around electric vehicles, in both residential and commercial settings.

“We’re excited to present Ford’s lineup of electric vehicles, including the all-new, and all-electric, Ford F-150 Lightning,” said Dan Reineke, Reineke Family Dealerships.

The electric vehicle event at Reineke’s Tiffin Ford Lincoln is free and open to the public. It will take place from 8 am – 10 am on March 9th, at Reineke’s Tiffin Ford Lincoln (2020 West State Route 18) in Tiffin.

Vehicles on display will include the Ford F-150 Lightning, Ford Mustang Mach-E, and the Ford E-Transit. Additionally, representatives from Vaughn Industries and North Central Electric Cooperative will be on site for further discussion. Please RSVP here.
