            Creating A Work/Life Balance  

In this 30-minute webinar, Kelly Flanagan-Hall, EAP Program Coordinator from Pivot located in Watertown will discuss how to create a work/life balance.  Do you struggle to juggle a full-time job while also caring for young children, aging parents, and other responsibilities on a daily basis?  It can feel like there are not enough hours in a day, that there are too many responsibilities at work and at home, and that you can't complete tasks in either place.  Finding balance between our professional and personal life is a challenge we all struggle with.  Employees who are better able to balance the demands on their time are more satisfied and content.  This leads to employer benefits in terms of productivity gains, lower turnover rate, a stronger team spirit, and employer loyalty.  The good news is that employees can learn to balance their work and life.  In this training you will identify your own challenges for work/life balance and learn helpful hints on dealing with work stress and achieving better balance at home.
