We are so grateful to the ACC Patient Community for finding such creative ways to help raise money to support ACCRF and to accelerate ACC research!
In addition a the large number of Facebook birthday fundraisers, here are some other inspirational efforts:
The Morse Family Inspires Us All!
Dave and Susan Morse organized and participated in a variety of events in that have raised nearly $500,000 for ACCRF!
Susan's ACC journey started less than 2 years ago and yet she already has had an enormous impact. Susan, Dave and their 3 daughters have motivated many friends and family to donate, participate and raise money for ACCRF.
Susan and Dave championed a Fall fundraiser for friends and families, led large teams to run virtually for the Brave Like Gabe 5K, partnered with Storybook Workshop for a Christmas event, and Susan personally completed the Boston Marathon. With that kind of strength and determination it is no wonder that Susan's nickname is "Tiny but Mighty"!

The Love Zach Foundation sings and serves to support ACC research!
In memory of Zachary Raynor Love, who passed away from ACC in 2021, the Love Zach Foundation was started to raise money to support education, ACC research, and direction for recently released prisoners.
The first annual Tennis and Karaoke fundraiser brought friends from across the country to celebrate Zach and to raise money. The event was tons of fun and donated $2,000 to ACCRF. We can't wait for the next one!

Honoring a Wonderful Father by streaming Gamers Against ACC
Charlie Andelman lost their father from ACC in 2020. To honor his memory Charlie decided to host a Twitch fundraiser. In February, Charlie spent a day talking and laughing while playing online games. Super generous friends, family and interested gamers donated over $2,000 to support ACCRF during the live stream! And other friends are starting their own live stream fundraisers to support ACC research. Thanks for starting a movement, Charlie!

Blocking and Spiking to cure ACC!
When the grandmother of professional volleyball player and coach Taylor Morgan was diagnosed with ACC last year, Taylor knew that she wanted to do something to help. Her strong, resilient grandmother gracefully endured difficult treatments and, in tribute to that strength, Taylor spent the past 5 weeks competing in volleyball games to raise money for ACCRF. Playing intense matches with Athletes Unlimited, players earned points, bonuses and money for the charity of their choice. Taylor designated ACCRF as her charity and we have loved cheering her on in some nail biter matches! Taylor, you rock!
