MiLearner Wallet and 23g Reporting

Important Notice for Districts Using MiLearner Wallet

For districts using MiLearner Wallet, you may mark your cohort descriptors directly in MiLearner Wallet to designate the usage of your 23g funds. Districts not using MiLearner Wallet should continue to mark their students in the SIS system. If you need assistance with marking your students in MiLearner Wallet, please contact their support directly.

Please note that the available 23g reports in MiDataHub will differ. If you are using MiLearner Wallet, the 23g Cohort Student Counts and 23g Student Cohort Details reports will not be available. Instead, you can run:

• The 23g Interventions Report to view the cohorts your district is reporting.
• The 23g StudentInventionAssociations Report to see the student information for each "cohort" or intervention.

Remember to update the ODS year to match the year you are verifying.

The Michigan DataHub team is planning 30-minute webinars focusing on 3 areas of the Michigan Data Hub ecosystem. During the 30-minute webinars we will explore functionality within three areas in the Michigan DataHub ecosystem. Each area will have a pre-determined number of 30-minute webinars for you to join and learn.  The webinars will be planned for the first and third Thursday of every month.  We are starting the first series, MiDataHub Cockpit on March 6th at 10:00 AM. Monthly SIS Status Meetings

The monthly status calls with our Student Information System (SIS) partners have resumed. The MiDataHub team is using Basecamp to manage communication and documentation for these workgroup calls. Please keep an eye out for an email from Basecamp to register your account. If you are new to these calls and would like to join one for the 2024-2025 school year, please submit a ticket with MiServiceDesk. Meeting agenda and calendar invites are in located in the SIS Status Meetings Basecamp group.

• Edupoint Synergy – 2:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. second Tuesday each month
• Infinite Campus – 1:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. first Wednesday of month
• MISTAR-Q – 9:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. second Monday each month
• PowerSchool – 10:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. second Tuesday of month
• Skyward - 3:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. second Tuesday of month

MACUL - March 19 - 21 - Detroit - Melissa Tront will facilitate a new MSBO Pilot Certification course during the Pre-Con sessions. Bryan Smith will be presenting during the METL meeting.

MSBO - April 29 - May 1 - Grand Rapids - Melissa Tront will be presenting a session – What's new with the MiDataHub

MPAAA - May 5 - 7 - Acme - Laura Caballero and Tony Howard will be presenting on MiDataHub in different sessions and will have a table set up to answer all of your questions so be sure to stop by and see the team!
