NEW CLASSES FOR FEBRUARY!

Stretch and Lengthen for Swimming and Tennis - Tuesdays, 5:00 pm with LouAnne (starts Feb 7th).

Cardio Dance - Mondays, 12:00 pm with Moana (starts Feb 6th).

Power Vinyasa - Tuesday/Thursday 8:30 am with Leigh (starts Feb 2nd)).
By popular request, we are changing the T/Th 8:30 am class to a Power Vinyasa Yoga for those of you that want a stepped up, quicker, Yoga class. The room will be heated and the pace will stay moving. Class begins with Leigh, Thursday, Feb 2.
There is no 8:30 am class this coming Tuesday (1/31) as LouAnne will be out of the country.
Moana is bringing back her Cardio Dance class, Mondays at 12:00 pm, following her Pilates Mat class at 11:00 am. Each class will be 50 minutes.
LouAnne will be teaching the Tuesday night Stretch and Lengthen class st 5:00 pm. This is great for all sports, but will focus on the muscles most used be our members (Tennis and Swim). Starts Feb 7th!
Cardio Tennis coming March 1st!
Classes are picking up in size, and we will be limiting all classes to 16 people. Classes that do not have consistent numbers of 6 or more, may be replaced. For now, Please get comfortable registering for your classes early, so you can be assured your spot. Members can register 48 hours in advance. Non-members can register 24 hours before class. In the interest of safety for everyone, if you are not registered and we are full, we cannot admit you in.
During Classes, we are keeping our Air Purifiers on, Windows open and Fans turning for everyones' safety.
Dress in layers so you will stay comfortable. Please leave shoes on the racks outside the room.
We ask that everyone be mindful and stay home (with our virtual class options), if you are feeling at all unwell.

Thank you all for making such an effort to register for classes before you arrive. it has helped expedite the sign-in process and allows the desk to be able to check in non-members without you having to wait!
If you are attending LIVE classes at the Club:
Please reserve your class using the HP app or by calling the Club.
Non-members are allowed on a space available basis.
Right now we do have space in most classes.
We are selling our class packages for non-members again.
Non members are required to sign in and pay at the front desk.
There is a color-coded Schedule sheet at the front desk.
They are placed around the Club as well. Feel free to snap a photo so you have the schedule with you as it changes monthly.
