Great Midwest Bank
Great Midwest Bank has been a key player in the Metro Milwaukee residential mortgage market for 90+ years. We are a family-run company focusing on the well-being of our Customers, Communities and Co-workers. We love to give back as well, working with many non-profits in the housing
related sector.
What’s one thing about your company that you’d like REALTORS® to know?
We have an excellent portfolio lending product that can be tailored to fit a borrower’s needs. We have a fast and dependable pre-approval process that is backed by a team of experienced
loan officers.
What’s your go-to productivity tip or tool that keeps you successful?
Utilizing common sense! We are willing to look at all unique underwriting situations on a case by case basis, versus being overly reliant on the proverbial underwriting manual. The result is a quick and efficient mortgage lending operation that allows our customers (and realtors) to be successful.
What’s your favorite local spot to visit and why do you love it?
Kopp’s Custard, they’ve been a staple here in the Milwaukee metro area since 1950 with their delicious burgers and creamy custard.
