RUNNING CLUB UPDATES

Today we experienced some difficulties with the sprinkler system and, unfortunately, we had to cancel the Running Club this morning. The problem was fixed and the Running Club will resume tomorrow, Tuesday, April 26th.

MORE SLOTS ADDED FOR SCANNING! Running Club runs through Friday, May 20. We are in need of volunteers DAILY through that date. Please sign up to help!

You MUST be registered with the school as a volunteer to help at Running Club. If you are, please visit the sign-up genius at the link below.

The Jefferson Silent Auction opens tomorrow!

Don't forget to register to bid.

Bidding will take place online, but all items will be available for viewing in the Cafeteria during the Spring Carnival. No need to be present to win.

Join us for for a fun evening at the Scholb Brewery on Saturday, May 21st from 6 to 10PM. You must be over 21 to attend this event.

Tickets cost $30 and include: 2 BEERS AND TACO BAR. Proceeds will support enrichment programs at Jefferson Elementary.

TEACHER AND STAFF APPRECIATION WEEK

MAY 2nd -6th

Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week is May 2nd - 6th and we would like your help in showing our thanks and appreciation for all the amazing things that the teachers and staff at Jefferson do.

CHALK ART

On Sunday, May 1st please join us from 3-5pm in front of Jefferson to help decorate the sidewalks with kind words, drawings and words of appreciation for the teachers and staff. We will draw on the sidewalks all around the perimeter of the school. We want the staff to “feel the love” when they arrive at school on Monday. Please bring your own sidewalk chalk. More details to come soon.

DAILY ACTIVITIES

We have some fun daily activities (see flyer) that the students can participate in and we hope that your child/family will join in. For more information, look for an email from your room parent(s).
