Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Did you miss us? I hope so.
Believe it or don't, this weekend is the first in December so,
Another SENIORS’ weekend is here. If you are 65+, you get 8% off on your purchase plus any 5-pound quantity discounts you qualify for. (Can't be combined with any other discounts or for Sunday sales.)
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND FOR CHRISTMAS
Firstly, you don't have to buy me anything. Just buy lots of seafood. I'll handle it from there.
Secondly, our remaining schedule for the year is as follows:
We will be open the next two weekends(December 2-3 and 9-10).
WE WILL BE CLOSED THE WEEKEND OF THE 16TH AND 17TH.
WE WILL BE OPEN THE 22ND AND 23RD FOR CHRISTMAS.
We will be open the 30th and 31st for New Years.
We will then start our winter schedule of every other weekend through March.
Thirdly, VERY IMPORTANT, since we are not open the 16th and 17th, we will commence taking orders for Christmas on Sunday, December 11. I have to place my order on the 16th, so it will help me(and you) tremendously if you order early.

Monday Seafood Forecast:
Due to the holiday and windy conditions,
fishing boats are just getting out today, so no local flounder or drum available.
SHRIMP: Will let you know sizes and prices on Wednesday.
ARCTIC CHAR: For you char-heads, we have our monthly offering. For those of you who haven't tried it, give it a shot. You'll like it.
SPECKLED TROUT: For quite a few of our customers, this is their favorite. Fresh and local.

Oyster House Rules:
We do not bring in a lot of extra oysters.
So place your order online no later than Wednesday 5PM.
Plan on picking your oysters up on FRIDAY. They can be easily
kept in a cooler for days by putting a 3-4” layer of ice in the bottom, topped with a piece of cardboard. Put the oysters on top of the cardboard and you are good to go. As long as you keep them 40 to 45F degrees they are happy campers. That’s what I do.
They are also quite happy in the fridge on the bottom shelf.
Bring a cooler or something to tote them in.
