Our Lady Crusaders Volleyball team is hosting a pink out on Monday, October 17 to support breast cancer awareness. Students are allowed to wear a pink shirt with their uniform bottoms on Monday.

Please join us in the gym at 4:30pm as the volleyball team honors our very own breast cancer survivors.

Makeup Photos – If your child was not photographed on the original photo day due to absence, they will be photographed on the above date. If you wish to buy a package of school photos, please submit your order online before photo day at www.AccessMyEvent.com/DNHTV5

Need Retakes? For information about Makeup/Retake Day, please carefully review the Retake guidelines on the back side of the portrait envelope your student brings home. These guidelines must be followed to qualify for a retake. Please email the school office BEFORE Tuesday, Oct. 12th at 3:00 pm to sign your child up for Retakes. In the email, include your child’s name and grade. This will ensure that your child is not overlooked on Retake Day.

Please see the note below from our St. Anne Community Fall Bazaar Co-Chairs.

October is finally here! With October comes fall weather and changing leaves (we hope), Halloween, pumpkin spice everything and FALL BAZAAR! With less than a month until the event, we wanted to take a moment to officially extend the invite to join us in this fun, family-friendly day.

The St. Anne Fall Bazaar is the largest community-wide (church and school) fundraising event of the year. The funds raised from this event are used to financially support both St. Anne Church and School. As the largest ministry of the Church, we would love to see a strong representation of our Crusader spirit at the event. We encourage you to SAVE THE DATE – October 23. Come spend the day with your St. Anne Family. Enjoy a plethora of food (BBQ, TACOS, PIZZA, JAMBALAYA & GUMBO, HOT DOGS, NACHOS, FRITO CHILI PIE, Snacks, Sweets and more) and drink (Beer, Wine, Coffee, Soda and Water). Shop around in the Silent Auction and the St. Anne Craft Guild’s booth where you can grab your St. Anne Bazaar T-Shirts and 2022 Christmas Ornaments too. Get your arms warmed up for the Live Auction bidding or try your hand at some of our favorite carnival games and activities. Love BINGO? We have you covered as well! Brand new to Bazaar this year, we are adding a PRAYER WALL. Stop by the prayer wall, write down the intentions in your heart, hang them on the wall and allow us to join in praying with and for you.

Have you been eyeing that beautiful Indigo Blue and White ICON i40L golf cart in carline? Grab some raffle tickets and get your family’s name in the drawing because that stunning new ride will be going home with ONE lucky winner! Don’t have a need or space for a golf cart? How about one of our other awesome raffle prizes? We will also be drawing winners for a Metaquest 2 Virtual Reality System, F25 Segway Electric Scooter, 50” Toshiba Smart Fire TV and a $250 VISA Gift Card! The raffle prize drawings will take place after the close of the LIVE Auction.

With a large-scale event like Bazaar, comes countless opportunities to get those volunteer hours in. Please consider signing up to set up, work at one of our various games/food/activity booths during the event and/or breaking down once the Bazaar is over. Whether you have a free hour (or TEN), we will happily accept your help! Keep an eye out for the Sign Up Genius and get yourself on the schedule. We are also asking any of our home bakers and aspiring bakers to consider bringing sweets (cakes, cookies, cupcakes, rice crispies, brownies, etc.) to be donated as prizes for the CAKE WALK! Our only request is that they not be required to be refrigerated. Cakes Walk sweets can be dropped off in the gymnasium on Saturday (8am – 5pm).

We are so grateful for our St. Anne Community (church and school). As both parents of the school and parishioners of the church, we are overwhelmed and humbled by your support and willingness to make this event a success. We know life is hectic and our to-do lists can be tedious but please consider giving yourself a day to enjoy our incredible community.

RED RIBBON WEEK - GOOD CHARACTER/GOOD CHOICES

Help decorate our school for Red Ribbon Week (Good Character/Good Choices) by creating a poster for the Red Ribbon Week Poster Contest.

This year’s theme for the contest is "Good Character. Good Choices"

(being a good friend, kind, caring and prayerful).

We will begin collecting posters on Tuesday, October 17, 2022.

The deadline for submitting posters is Thursday, October 27, 2022.

Please use a half sheet of poster board. Make sure your name is clearly marked on the back of the poster board.

We will hang them around the school and the judging will take place on Friday, October 28th. PreK through 8th grade students are eligible to participate.

We will have 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.

Lunch Information

Lunch information can be found on the school website.

Monday through Thursday hot lunch can be ordered from School Eatery.

Pizza Friday is offered through our PTO Volunteer and is ordered through the Family Portal.

Volunteers are needed to help serve lunch throughout the week. Please use the online sign up to register. Thank you.

Frassati Catholic - Middle School Volleyball Night, Oct. 18 (Elementary Families Welcome!)

Tuesday, October 18, is Frassati Catholic High School's Middle School Volleyball Night. All middle school (and elementary) students get in free as Falcons Volleyball take on district rival, Woodlands Christian Academy. The teams are tied for third place in district, so this game won't disappoint! Plenty of giveaways throughout the night! Games start at 4:30pm and the theme is "hats and shades". Falcons Homecoming 2022 - Inaugural Game in the New Stadium, Oct. 22!

On Saturday, October 22, Frassati Falcons Football will take on Dominic Savio in their first Homecoming game in the new stadium! All middle school (and elementary) students get in free to this Frassati Catholic first! Gates open at 12:30pm for fun, games, and a food truck, field blessing and dedication around 2pm, and game kicks off at 3pm - tickets available upon entry. Bring the whole family and be a part of Frassati Catholic history! Located at the Frassati Catholic Stadium - 22151 Frassati Way, Spring, TX 77382.

Frassati Catholic Open House - Nov. 2

Frassati Catholic applications are open for the 2023-24 academic year! For current 8th grade students or those interested in transferring this is the first step to becoming a Frassati Falcon - families can get started today. And on Wednesday, November 2, from 6-8pm you're invited to the Frassati Catholic Open House for an info session and tours of campus. Learn more about Frassati Catholic, meet current students and faculty, and take the opportunity to see what life is like at a Frassati Falcon.
