A Campus for the Creative Spirit
Greetings from LOLA Arts!
The days are getting shorter, the wind and weather sharp and cold. The rust-colored oak leaves still hanging to their branches are a lone pop of color against the beautiful snow-covered pines. As winter knocks, life slows down a little and we use this time to reflect on all that we are grateful for. Thankful for all that we have, and for the good that is yet to come. I'm thankful to have joined the LOLA Arts team last month and look forward to connecting this community to more art.

LOLA receives Packer Grant!

On November 2nd, Jennifer and McCall of LOLA traveled to Lambeau Field to accept a $4,000 grant from the Green Bay Packers Foundation. This grant helped LOLA purchase a much-needed PA system, cover programming fees, increase family-friendly events, and contribute to the performing and visual artists that made ARTober a magical hit!

Giving Tuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world.

LOLA Arts is hoping to raise $3500 to help offset costs for the 2022 summer Car Park Music Series. This free 10-week summer music series takes place at the Snowflake building in downtown Land O' Lakes. Last year, over 1000 people of all ages from a 100-mile radius attended. Through your generosity, LOLA Arts is able to offer this free art experience to the community.
LOLA is looking to start classes designed for homeschool kids. Please take this survey if you'd like to give us feedback.
ZOMBIE WEEKEND 2021!
What an amazing whirlwind of a Halloween weekend! LOLA had many events over a three-day duration. A Ghost Hunt with The Klinge Brothers, psychic readings with The Mystic Sisters, appearances of the original Mystery Machine all over town, and of course, the Zombie Crawl, to name a few. Thank you to all our sponsors, volunteers, and participants for a great and memorable weekend.
