Bee Pollen - a Superfood for sure!

This time of year people start thinking more about the prospect of "catching something." Summer transitioning into fall always heralds the arrival of the "cold 'n flu" season, and with all of the recent whisperings surrounding new strains of you-know-what, I'm seeing an increase in clients and customers looking for ways to protect themselves from getting sick.


A few weeks ago I stumbled across information concerning the use of bee pollen for prostate health. I was very intruiged by that, as it has to this point not been part of my "prostate health arsenal."

What is bee pollen?

Bee pollen, also known as bee bread and ambrosia, is a ball or pellet of field-gathered flower pollen packed by worker honeybees, and used as the primary food source for the hive.
