The Board met on November 16th to conduct a study session on the preliminary analysis and recommendations from R3 Consulting Group regarding the Five-Year Rate Study and 10- Year Financial Plan for Solid Waste expenditures and revenues. The Board provided input and direction to R3 and TCSD staff. The next scheduled meeting for the Board to discuss the Five-Year Rate Study/10 year Financial Plan is January 25, 2023 at the Tam Valley Community Center.

Save the Date!
The community is invited to attend a casual Holiday Gathering after the Board’s December 14th board meeting. We anticipate the meeting will end by 7:45pm. The Holiday Gathering is an opportunity for the community to interact with the TCSD Board and staff while enjoying refreshments in a festive atmosphere.
Lower Half of Manzanita Park and Ride Lot in Mill Valley to Close Due to High Tides
Closure scheduled November 21 through November 28

Caltrans maintenance will close the lower half of the Manzanita Park and Ride lot, along with the shoulder parking on Highway 1, in the city of Mill Valley Monday, November 21 through Monday, November 28, due to forecasted high tide flood warnings.
The lower half of the park and ride lot will remain closed 24 hours per day during this time period to prevent overnight parking in the lot, and to ensure the safety of motorists that frequent this park and ride lot.
