New! RFP/RFQ Request for City of Niceville

The City of Niceville CRA is requesting proposals to provide professional engineering and landscape architecture services for the design and construction of the Old Town Landing and Commercial Village as provided in the 2021 Old Town Landing Concept Plan.

The project will include the engineering of under ground and above ground infrastructure including: water, sewer, roadways, walkways, festival support facilities, lighting, stormwater, and alterations of building sites. The landscaping services will include: the maintenance of existing trees, new plantings and irrigation support. Deadline is COB, December 16, 2022.

New! CRA/Economic Development Coordinator Wanted

The City of Winter Park is looking for a CRA/Economic Development Coordinator.

This position responsibilities include a variety of administrative and analytical tasks such as research of projects, design, development, and implementation of plans, programs, materials, transcription, conducting written and physical surveys, and project management.

Applications are due on November 18, 2022 at 4:00 PM Eastern

New! A Wave Of New Developments Hits Hallandale Beach

The City of Hallandale Beach is experiencing a big wave of investment thanks to new high-end residences attracting affluent buyers.

According to the Hallandale Beach Community Redevelopment Agency, about $1 billion worth of development is underway. These projects range from luxury residences to dining and entertainment attractions.

Reminder! Community Redevelopment Agency Director Wanted

The City of Palmetto is looking for a Community Redevelopment Agency Director.

Responsibilities include creating long-range goals for the organization, developing policy or position briefs, and negotiating with the CRA Presiding officer and/or CRA Board.

Reminder! New Hotel Development in Downtown St. Pete

New hotel projects have been proposed for owntown St. Pete. One of these projects is a 114-key boutique hotel with a significant food and beverage focus, and it’s expected to be among the most luxurious hotels in St. Petersburg.

Phase one of the hotel will be reviewed for consistency with the Intown West Redevelopment Plan (IWRP) by St. Petersburg City Council, meeting as the Community Redevelopment Agency.
