Winter 2025

Phase 3 migration coming in July 2025

The next phase of our membership transition to the new system is fast approaching - July 1, 2025, is less than 5 months away! This phase will migrate most of our membership, including State of Utah employees. After this migration, we’ll have about 90% of our membership in the new system!

KEY REMINDERS

  1. Ask for ID Cards: Always ask PEHP members for their current ID card during appointments to ensure accurate processing.
  2. Submitting Claims:
  • Classic Portal: For members with an ID beginning with "174100"
  • New Portal: For members with an ID beginning with "M00000"
  • If you submit claims through UHIN or another clearinghouse, make sure to use the correct ID number.

Stay tuned for more updates in the next newsletter.
