As we are off to a new school year, I wanted to share some work we have been doing with our Board of Directors. Our new Strategic Plan is now complete! And, because the past year has been so extraordinary, this plan is different as well. It focuses on a shorter-term direct response to COVID-19 while including the work necessary to build a new future for Out-of-School Time. Download the new 2 page plan.
