Double Header Ribbon Cutting to kick-off 2022 Music on Main

Please join us to celebrate the Grand Opening and Ribbon cutting of Tierra Grande Real Estate and the NEW location of Brookshire Insurance on Thursday, April 21.
The party starts at 4:30, followed by ribbon cuttings at 5 and 5:15, enjoy refreshments until the festivities go across the street to kick off Music on Main @ Heritage Square.

The City of Taylor Public Works Department will hold a Spring Citywide Clean Up on Saturday, April 9, from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. at two locations: 1424 N. Main St. (enter the Public Works yard at Old Thorndale Road and exit on Main Street) and 1200 Welch St.
Restricted items include:
- Appliances with refrigerant -Batteries
- Hazardous Materials -Paint
- Solvents -Tires
- Waste Oil -Roofing Shingles
-Uncut brush over 5 ft -Concrete

Taylor Garden Club Scholarship
The Taylor Garden Club annually awards a scholarship to local Taylor high school graduating seniors that are planning to enroll in a college program in horticulture or related fields. This year’s scholarship is $1,000. Applications are due to the Taylor Garden Club no later than May 1. Applications must be submitted to the club’s scholarship executive board or a Taylor high school. Applications are available at the school or you may request one at taylorgardenclub.tx@gmail.com.
