Back at the Cabin!
What a wonderful celebration we had last week at the Community Center with Marble Party entertaining us. Thank you to everyone who came out to enjoy the last creekside friday of the season at the community Center. Next week, on August 25th, we will be back at the cabin for our smaller, acoustic music series.
The TCSD Board will meet for a work session this Wednesday. And Firesafe Marin is holding a special meeting on Monday regarding the ”Tragedy in Maui” and how we can better prepare for wildfires in Marin.
As we roll into the school routine next week, let's keep the magic of summer going with some live music at the Cabin - we hope you can join us!
Have a wonderful weekend!

Fee Increases for Certain Solid Waste Services Effective Sept 1st
Effective September 1, 2023, additional fee/charges for service will be increased to better reflect the actual cost of services. This is NOT the fee you pay for weekly refuse pick-ups. Those charges appear on the property tax bill. These are “fee/charges for service” discretionary fees that only customers who request the specific service pay for such as extra garbage bag pick-up.

Special Recycling at TCSD
Look what we found in the battery bucket - light bulbs!?! We are so happy to offer our Special Recycling Services. But we do have some guidelines to stick to so we can be safe and also keep the streams clear.
A few things to know about how to bring us your batteries and bulbs:
- Please only place batteries in the bucket outside the office.
- Please remove your batteries from what they were powering (ex: we found a flashlight in the bucket too).
- We DO accept fluorescent light bulbs
- If you have fluorescent bulbs, please bring them into the office. If they break, it can be dangerous.
- We DO NOT accept regular, incandescent light bulbs. These bulbs are not recyclable and should be placed in your black trash can.
-
Any other special recycling items, please call us at the office to make an appointment 415-388-6363 or email info@tamcsd.org
