Ms. Leeanne Griffin's ELA classes

Ms. White and Mrs. Brown's 9th grade Pre-Algebra

Ms. White and Mrs. Brown allowed their students to practice calculating mean, median, mode, range as well as constructing a box and whisker plots. Students used skittles and then they had a cookie stacking contest to collect data for their calculations.

The purpose of this survey is to gather stakeholder opinions on the proposed 2023-2024 Monroe County Schools Calendar. Each option contains at least one element deemed "most important" by our stakeholders in our calendar preference survey. Your choice will be considered as the Board of Education makes the final decision regarding these options. We value your input, and thank you for taking the time to complete this.

The Environmental and Natural Resources Career Development Event (CDE) provides competing students with an opportunity to gain awareness and demonstrate knowledge in areas that affect air, soil, and water. Competitors interpret data, use measuring devices in the field and work through real-life scenarios involving environmental threats in order to score as the highest as a team and individual.

The Farm and Agribusiness Management Career Development Event (CDE) helps students learn business skills and apply economic principles to agricultural businesses. By competing, participants demonstrate their ability to analyze agricultural business management information, apply economic principles and concepts of business management, and evaluate business management decisions.

Mrs. Bernard's Media Center Moment of the Week

Did you know it's as easy as 1-2-3-4 to use your trackpads on your chromebooks?

If you are anything like me, I always end up accidentally scrolling the wrong way or clicking the wrong thing when I try to navigate on my chromebook. I found this helpful graphic from Eric Curtis, and it has been super helpful in giving me some shortcuts to use. Using either one, two, three, or four fingers on your trackpad, you can perform multiple functions, such as opening a new tab, scrolling, or more.
