My dear husband, Michael Jackson with Stewie (L) and Fredo (R). Michael came late to my Yorkie Rescue life, having been a close friend to me and my late husband but not involved in rescue. When I was widowed in early 2015 and Michael and I discovered we were becoming much more than friends, he took me on, Yorkies and all. As you can see, both of our handsome Good Boys are very fond of their handsome Dad, and the feeling is very mutual. Although I am pretty much retired from active rescue, we will always have Yorkies in our life.

They all enjoyed salon/spa treatments last week. Now relaxing to Bach's Concerto #1 in D minor. My dogs have more refined palettes and musical tastes than me. All good. Julie Gedro

Hi Everyone,

We are in the middle of an ice storm here on our farm, which means the barn doors are frozen shut and all the trees are covered in a sheet of ice and the limbs are so heavy that some of them come tumbling to the ground, so it's a stay inside day for cozying up in front of a blazing fire and catching up on reading and watching movies and finishing up our Yorkie Times Newsletter. We are still looking for more Wonderful Husband stories so if you have one please send it in for our March issue.

Our rescue work has been picking up slowly but surely, we are still needing more volunteers in every State to help us, you can find an application on our website. YorkieRescue.com We have some wonderful volunteers and would love to have you join our team.
