MEMBER OPPORTUNITIES

Cincinnati Insurance Focus Group

Monday, April 7, 2025 11:30 am - 1:00 pm

On behalf of Cincinnati Insurance, I am reaching out to local businesses to see if they would like to participate in a group discussion/activity here at the Chamber meeting room on Monday 4/7/25 from 11:30am – 1pm. We are seeking businesses with 2 or more owners/ partners and have been in business for at least 1 year.

Cincinnati Insurance will cater lunch and provide $50 Amazon gift cards to each business that participates. This discussion will be focused on how businesses think about, plan for, and deal with risk. Due to limited space, we ask that participation is no more than 2 people per organization.

To be clear, they are NOT selling insurance, and this will not be a sales pitch in any way. The discussion will be very informal, but they are asking that only organizations who purchase and manage their own insurance participate.

Space is limited to 12 participants, so if you are interested, please get registered.

The Fairfield Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with the City of Fairfield and Ohio Means Jobs Butler County, is pleased to announce the upcoming Quarterly Business Roundtable. This quarter's roundtable will focus on the principles outlined in the Ethical Business Guide, a project managed by Jim Mullaney and Edoc Service. The guide emphasizes five key principles essential for fostering an ethical business environment:

  • Leadership
  • Integrity
  • Loyalty
  • Care for Customers
  • Respect

We encourage you to join us for this important conversation and to contribute your insights to the discussion. Your participation is vital in shaping a more inclusive and dynamic business environment in Fairfield and beyond.

Join us for a fun and relaxing day on the greens at the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Golf Outing, taking place on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at Fairfield Greens South Trace, located at 2200 Gray Road. This popular event brings together business and community leaders for a great day of networking, friendly competition, and fresh air. The day begins with a 9:30 AM Shot Gun Start, so gather your team and come ready to tee off!

After a morning on the course, golfers will enjoy a delicious cookout lunch at 1:30 PM, catered by local favorite Hammann’s Meats. Whether you’re aiming for the lowest (or highest) score or just out to enjoy the day, the outing offers a perfect mix of business and pleasure in a casual, welcoming atmosphere. It’s a great way to connect with clients, reward employees, or meet new faces from the Fairfield business community.

Sponsorship opportunities are available, offering excellent visibility for your business. Foursomes are $500, which includes golf and lunch for four players. Don’t miss your chance to be part of one of our most anticipated events of the year.

CHAMBER MEMBER BENEFITS

Data Protection and Cyber Security

Small businesses are the backbone of the economy, but they're also prime targets for cybercriminals. Many business owners assume that basic data security measures - strong passwords, firewalls, and antivirus software - are enough to keep them safe.

Check out this article, and then let Sara know you would like to connect with Ron Chambers to get the most out of your cyber security.
