The Guidance Office invites H-F juniors and seniors to its annual College Night on Monday, Oct. 18, where nearly 200 colleges and universities will be available to meet with you and a parent/guardian in the Fieldhouse. Choose between one of two sessions: 5-6 p.m. and 7-8 p.m. Students can also make appointments to meet with college representatives in the College Room during the school day. Online Early College & Career Awareness Program: Thursday Night

Join H-F School Counselor Ms. Edwards for the first online Early College & Career Awareness Program, set for Thursday, Oct. 14, at 7 p.m. You will get information on what skills you can begin building right now to lay a good foundation for applying to and getting admitted to college and what the career and labor department data trends are. Update: Yearbook Photos

H-F wants to give everyone the opportunity to select which fall school portrait will appear in the Odin yearbook this year! To view and select your yearbook photo, click the link previously emailed to you by Visual Image Photography, or go to vipis.com to search for your photos. If you have questions or cannot find your images, please contact VIP at [email protected]. 

If you have not yet taken a photo or need a new one, your last chance for Freshmen, Sophomores', Juniors' and Seniors' Traditional Head-and-Shoulders Yearbook Pictures Day is scheduled for Monday, Oct. 18, from 7:30 a.m.-3 p.m. in the Fieldhouse and South Building Sweatbox. All students must have a current VIP portrait in order to appear in this year’s yearbook. The final image selection deadline is two weeks after Oct. 18; at that time, VIP will choose a yearbook pose for you.

Class of 2022 seniors who took a photo during underclass pictures as well as paid for a “VIP Premier Senior Portrait Session” already, the image you chose from your Premier Session gallery will be your yearbook selection. If you’d like to use an image taken during the fall school pictures day(s) at the school instead, please contact [email protected].
