I am very sorry but we are unable to host the

24th Annual Lincoln Fall Craft Festival

in Lincoln NH this year.

We will miss Lincoln but hope to return in 2022.

Within the next few days you will be receiving an email from info@castleberryfairs.com showing a refund or forwarding of all fees paid onto another 2021 Castleberry Fair (if you have a balance due).

In lieu of the cancelled Lincoln NH Show

we have added a new event:

The Second Annual

Columbus Day Weekend Craft Festival

October 9 & 10

Hampton Falls Town Common

Route 1, Hampton Falls, NH

Hampton Falls is a proven show venue.

The Town and surrounding communities have a great appreciation for the handcrafted tradition.

They love and support our fairs.

We hope you will join us in Hampton Falls

October 9 & 10.

Artisans in the cancelled Lincoln event

will have first priority.

If you would like to participate in the Hampton Falls October event please let me know ASAP.

You do not need to apply, just email me

and I will add you.

Note: We will open this event to

new applicants on 9/5/2021.

The Lincoln Event was 3 days = $425.00

The Hampton Falls event is 2 days = $250.00

Hampton Falls Craft Festival

Event Details:

Dates & Hours:

Saturday 10/9 from 10am to 5pm
Saturday 10/10 from 10am to 4pm

All exhibitors must be onsite and booths ready to open by 9:30am

Set Up Hours:

Friday 10/7 from 3pm to 8pm
Saturday 10/8 from 6am to 9am

Please DO NOT arrive early for Set Up.

Health & Safety

Castleberry Exhibitors and Staff must adhere to all local and state mandates as well as Safe Social Distancing Guidelines.

Check In

Castleberry Registration is located at the Gazebo

Un-loading

No vehicles may drive onto the grass.
Unload from perimeter only.
Immediately after unloading park in designated area behind the Lincoln Ackerman School.

Stake Down & Caution:

Be careful not to damage the sprinkler system.
Check area before attempting to stake down a canopy.
Canopy stakes must be NO LONGER than 6 inches.
Please bring weights to secure your canopy.

Parking

Exhibitor Parking is located behind the school.
All Exhibitors must park in designated area during show hours.
Do not park around the common - we must leave this available to our shoppers.

Food

Free Coffee & Donuts will be provided on Saturday until 9am.
There are local convenience stores and many eateries nearby.

Toilets

Portable Toilets & Wash Station on site.

Electricity

There is NO electricity available.

ATM

Located Across the street at the Village Market or Citizens Bank.

Security

Security will be on site at 7:00pm on Friday and remain until 6:00am on Saturday. Security will return at 5:00pm Saturday and remain until 7:00am Sunday.
Security is only a deterrent. We are not responsible for loss or damages.
You MUST cover/enclose your booth at closing each day.

Sales Tax

There is no Sales Tax in New Hampshire.

Trash

All exhibitors are responsible for removing their own garbage.
Please DO NOT use Trash Cans on site, these are for our shoppers. Kindly leave all garbage in the dumpster located behind the portable toilets, just past the gazebo.
Please make sure to clean up after the show, leaving your space as you had found it.

Important Note to Specialty Food Vendors

The Hampton Falls Health Inspector has requested that all Food Vendors supply Castleberry Fairs with a copy of their own Health Permit or Proof that the food they are sampling or selling is made in an inspected facility. Please send this info to our office ASAP.
Bring to the event a copy of all local or state health permits and or licenses, to keep in your booth and have on hand.
There is no additional permit fee for this event.
