Investing in the Next Generation Networking Reception

Learn how you can support the dreams of young women who seek a career in finance. The 100 Women in Finance Investing in the Next Generation program aims to reach, inspire, and support young women at high school, university, and business school levels who will become a talent pipeline for the future leadership of the industry.

Through a number of ongoing initiatives, the program encourages pre-career women to look more favorably at a career in finance and investments. The 100WF Investing in the Next Generation creates educational opportunities and access points to support young women who want to join the industry; and also facilitates an ongoing peer network for women already working in the sector.

Gather with your peers and the cohort of women who seek to join the sector at this reception. Share your experiences and tips for success, in small groups and individual conversations with 100WF student members. Women, at every level of the profession, will bring their perspectives and serve as mentors, role models and sponsors to support the next generation, as these young women explore limitless career opportunities. Members who are keen to support the next generation and student members are especially encouraged to participate.

Chaitali Patel, 100WF Chief Impact Officer, will share an overview of the program and recount examples of how 100WF has inspired thousands of young women across the globe.
