Congratulations to Nigel Joshua Santiago!

We’re thrilled to announce that ARC Beaver Nigel Joshua Santiago has been named a 2025 Coca-Cola Academic Team Silver Scholar and will receive a $1,250 scholarship! Selection for this prestigious scholarship was based on outstanding scores in the highly competitive All-USA Academic Team competition, which saw nearly 2,100 applicants this year.

This scholarship, sponsored by the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation and administered by Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, recognizes students for their academic excellence and leadership. Nigel will be honored at the Parade of Scholars PTK Catalyst, Phi Theta Kappa’s Annual Convention in April. Please join us in celebrating this incredible achievement!

Your Voice Matters!

Complete the Real College California Survey

All of us here at American River College care about your success as a student. You are invited to participate in a survey to help us better understand the challenges students face while attending college and to learn more about how students overcome these challenges.

The survey will take 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary and completely anonymous. By participating in the survey, you will have the opportunity to enter into a drawing for a chance to win one of twenty $250 incentives.

This survey is being administered by The Research and Planning Group (The RP Group) for California Community Colleges. Survey results will be used both statewide and here at Los Rios to better support students now and in years to come.
